What a wonderful, moving experience tonight at Odyssey Charter School in Wilmington, Delaware. A meal was shared, connections were made, stories, experiences were shared and even some tears were shed. The exciting part was the success of their first collaboration room. We can’t wait to see where this collaboration goes. 100% of participants strongly agreed that they felt seen, heard and valued. Everyone walked out with a smile on their face and sharing an action step they are inspired to take. Thank you to all of the amazing facilitators!
