Often we are “blind” to understanding things from other’s perspectives, especially if we do not interact with them regularly, do not ask about their user experience re: equity, and if we lack intentional goal of creating equity experiences for all in our family-school-communities. Some people have access to opportunities or privileges that others do not. Let’s “begin” investigating through shared dialogue. We will continue with more targeted dialogue, guest facilitators based on what is shared tonight – in future chats.
